Slotify provides a Telegram-based notification and auto-booking service that monitors visa appointment availability at various visa centres including VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, and embassy portals.
We are an independent monitoring service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, any embassy, or any government body.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Slotify, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or region of residence.
Our Service operates via Telegram. By starting the Slotify bot, you agree to the following usage terms:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to users who violate these terms without prior notice.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscription plans are one-time payments per period — they do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You will not be charged automatically after your subscription period ends.
The Auto-Booking service operates on a success-based fee model. You are only charged upon a confirmed booking. If no booking is made, no fee is charged.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Service, including but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slotify and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of the Slotify platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Slotify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via our website or Telegram channel before new terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
